Grace Wood has 30 years of executive leadership and experience in business education and non-profit venues. She believes quality education and training makes the difference between a good and great employee, team and workforce.

Grace has a BS and MS from Penn State University. In 2006 and 2007 she participated in the Program on Negotiation Insight Initiative at Harvard University.

She has also spent years in study and practice with a variety of teachers: Thich Nhat Hanh at Plum Village, Eknath Easwaran, Jon Cabot-Zinn, Andrew Weil, and Erica Fox to name a few.
